The bittersweet day always comes when we have to send them for processing. Loading an animal up, transporting it and releasing it into new surroundings is stressful on the animal, so much so that it affects the ph level in the meat and has an effect on the meat quality. By coming to you, the animal is put down humanely with no stress whatsoever.

We quickly and professionally prepare the quarters, load it into our refrigerated truck, tag each piece and give you the hanging weight before we leave.
We store it at our facility for aging, either 14 or 21 days, then we butcher according to your cut sheet instructions. Then you can pick up your finished product, or we can arrange a delivery for an extra fee.

Our charge for the complete service is $1.00 per pound of hanging weight. A $400.00 deposit is required before service.
