It all started over twenty years ago when our parents bought the farm and started dairying. Eventually we got organic certification and began marketing our milk through the Organic Valley milk coop. But the dream was always to work into a direct marketing meats business.
It began to materialize several years ago when we started raising pastured poultry. As demand for our homegrown chickens, turkeys and eggs snowballed, we have added pastured pork and are integrating beef cattle into the farm to round out the business.
Today we have a growing clientele who appreciate clean and sustainable food from happy, pasture raised animals.
