This is the best way to purchase your beef for the year. You get a variety of cuts from the cow, prepared to your specifications, and you can store it for a year easily in a small freezer. Let us know the size freezer you have, and we will confirm if your order will fit. If you dont have a freezer, we will help you select the right one.
The price is to reserve your half cow. The final charge is determined once we have the final weight of the finished product. a half cow is typically about 200 lbs, but can vary by 10%
