Once you hit place order, you will be immediately redirected to pay the $500 deposit.
Please do not fill out this form unless you are ready to pay the $500 deposit.
Once we receive your cut sheet, we will review it and email you your butcher date options.  Depending on availability, it may be several weeks or months before your beef is ready for pickup.
Beef takes approximately four weeks to complete from the butcher date.
We will reach out to you, via email, when your beef is complete and ready for pick up.
